Registro e identificación previaPrior registration and ID

Todo huésped y acompañante debe registrarse e identificarse con documento oficial antes del check-in. Sin registro completo no se libera el acceso a la residencia.

Every guest and companion must register and present official ID before check-in. Access to the residence is not released without complete registration.

Cumplimiento de aforoOccupancy compliance

El número de personas declarado en la reserva es el número autorizado a pernoctar y permanecer en la propiedad. Visitantes adicionales requieren aprobación previa por escrito.

The number of people declared in the reservation is the number authorized to stay and remain on the property. Additional visitors require prior written approval.

Prohibición estricta de fiestasStrict no-party policy

No se permiten fiestas, eventos, sesiones comerciales ni reuniones fuera del aforo autorizado. El incumplimiento implica terminación inmediata de la estancia sin reembolso.

Parties, events, commercial shoots and gatherings beyond authorized occupancy are not permitted. Breach results in immediate termination of the stay without refund.

De 22:00 a 08:00 hrs se respeta silencio absoluto en áreas exteriores, terrazas y albercas, conforme a la normativa local y al reglamento del condominio.

From 22:00 to 08:00 absolute quiet is observed in outdoor areas, terraces and pools, in accordance with local regulations and building rules.

Costa Firma opera bajo el marco normativo aplicable a hospedaje temporal, incluido el Padrón de Anfitriones de la Ciudad de México y las obligaciones fiscales correspondientes. El reglamento completo se entrega firmado junto con la confirmación de la reserva.Costa Firma operates under the regulatory framework applicable to short-term hospitality, including the Mexico City host registry and its corresponding tax obligations. The full rulebook is delivered, signed, together with the booking confirmation.
